TV stations in Kumamoto

From Kuma-i

There are four TV stations in Kumamoto city. Those were KKT(Kumamoto Kenmin TV), RKK(Kumamoto Broadcasting/Radio Kumamoto Kabushikigaisha), KAB(Kumamoto Asahi Broadcasting) and TKU(TV Kumamoto).

• KKT was established in 1981 and set up in 1982.

'TV TAN' is famous as a mascot of KKT. This is the KKT site.

• RKK was set up in 1959, and RKK Radio was set up in 1953.

This is the RKK site.

• KAB was established in 1988 and set up in 1989.

This is the KAB site.

• TKU was established in 1968 and set up in 1969. 'TELE KUMA KUN' is famous as a mascot of TKU. This is the TKU site.
